FAQ's
Question- What age can my child start swim lessons?
Lessons start as early as 3 months old. Starting young helps build water safety awareness and good swimming habits from the very beginning.
Question- Do parents need to get in the pool with their child?
Only for Baby Swim, where a parent or guardian is required to be in the water alongside the child. Every other program has trained instructors working directly with the child in the pool.
Question- What happens if we miss a lesson?
You can request a Makeup Voucher through your customer portal, and it stays valid for up to a year. That makes it easy to reschedule without losing the lesson.
Question- How long will it take my child to learn to swim?
It varies by child, since every swimmer progresses at their own pace. A tailored curriculum, hands-on in-water instruction, and the free Unlimited Swim option all help keep that progress steady.
Question- How clean is the pool water?
The pool runs on a DELL Ozone disinfectant system, the same technology used to purify bottled water. It's filtered every 90 minutes, and the full pool is replaced every six days.
