Following the directions below, you can now submit absences and book your own makeups through your customer account on Udio.

Submitting an Absence:

• Login to your family Udio account here.
• Find the “Booking” tab at the top of the page.
• Click on “Details” of the day and time that your swimmer is unable to attend.
• Click “Confirm”.

PLEASE NOTE: Absences must be completed by 9:00am on the day of the absence

Booking a Makeup:

• Login to your family Udio account here.
• Click on “Make Booking”.
• Choose the swimmer you would like to book.
• Select a makeup lesson day and time.
• Click “Make Booking”.

PLEASE NOTE: Udio may format the date as day/month/year

Don’t have an Udio account yet? Following the directions below or watch the video tutorial here and your family account can be activated in just minutes:

• Click Here: To access the GMSS/Udio login page.
• Email: Use your email to create your login.
• Password: Enter your phone number, post code, and create a password.
• Hang-On, You’re almost done: Your confirmation email may take a few minutes. Click the email link and login.
• Payment Information: Under “Billing”, you can manage payment methods and add ether a Credit or Debit Card into our secure credit card vault, or an ACH payment method.
• Double-Check: Review your family account and update any information if needed.
• Yay, you did it: You’re all set to swim!
