• ANNUAL INSURANCE FEE: Annual registration fees are automatically charged in February for continuing students or at the time of registration for new or returning students. The fee is $35.00 for the first child and $15.00 for the second child, with a family maximum of $50.00. Registered students receive a complimentary T-shirt or swim diaper.
• PAYMENT: Tuition and fees are due at the time of enrollment. A credit card or ACH payment method must remain on file for monthly tuition, which is processed on the 1st of each month. A non-refundable processing fee of 0.8% for ACH payments and 2.9% for credit/debit card payments applies to all transactions. Personal checks are accepted without a processing fee if delivered to the on-site drop box or mailed to the Gold Medal Chandler location no later than the 20th of the month prior to the tuition due date. Checks must include the enrolled student’s name(s) and current contact information. Cash payments are not accepted.
• REFERRALS: Refer a friend and receive a $25.00 account credit per referred family upon enrollment.
• DRESSING ROOM: Belongings may only be placed in a dressing room stall when your student is present and ready to change. Personal items may not be left unattended at any time.
• SHOWERING: Please limit shower use. Swimsuits must remain on at all times.
• VIDEO RECORDING: All swim sessions are video recorded for quality assurance purposes. Photos and/or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional or informational use. Please notify us if you have any concerns.
• PARENT SUPERVISION: Parents or guardians must remain in the building and immediately available during their child’s swim lesson. Children under 18 may not be left unattended in the lobby at any time. If the supervising parent is in the water swimming, a second adult must be present to supervise waiting children. A $50 fee will be automatically charged for any violation of this policy.
• 2026 CLOSURES: Monthly tuition is calculated based on a per-lesson billing structure. Families are billed for the number of perpetual lessons offered for their scheduled class day each month. All classes meet once per week with the exception of National holidays: January 1st, April 5th, May 25th, July 4th, September 7th, November 26th, and December 24th-25th.
• CLASS ABSENCES: Absences must be reported through the Udio customer account prior to 9:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled class. When marked as Unable to Attend, the account will automatically receive a makeup voucher.
• MAKEUPS: Makeup vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of the absence for all indoor swim groups. Swim Team 2 groups only have 14 days before makeup vouchers expire. Makeups must be booked through the Udio customer account. Students must be actively enrolled to schedule a makeup. Once booked, makeup lessons may not be changed or rebooked and hold no cash value. Makeups may be scheduled up to seven (7) days in advance and are subject to availability. Swim Team 3, High School Prep, Summer Swim Team and Olympic Development programs are not eligible for makeups.
• UNLIMITED SWIM: The complimentary Unlimited Swim program is offered year-round to perpetually enrolled Baby Swim, Learn to Swim, and Adult students, based on availability. Requests must be submitted through the Unlimited Swim Request form and are accepted for same-day bookings only, beginning after 9:00 p.m. the night prior. Limit one class per day.
• INSTRUCTOR-IN-TRAINING CLASSES: Complimentary Instructor-in-Training classes are offered throughout the year to perpetually enrolled students. These classes provide staff training under managerial supervision and allow students additional swim opportunities at no cost. Limit one class per day.
• CLASS LIMITS: Students may participate in a maximum of two swim lessons or 60 minutes per day, inclusive of perpetual, makeup, instructor-in-training, and unlimited swim classes.
• BABY CLASS LIMITS:Unlimited Baby Swim classes should be scheduled on a non-perpetual class day unless approved by the Baby Swim department leader. Back-to-back classes are not allowed in the Baby Swim program for the safety of our swimmers.
• CANCELLATION: A minimum two-week (two class period) notice is required to withdraw from perpetual lessons. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Cancellation Request form on our website.
