Tuition and fees are due at the time of enrollment. A credit card or ACH payment method must remain on file for monthly tuition, which is processed on the 1st of each month. A non-refundable processing fee of 0.8% for ACH payments and 2.9% for credit/debit card payments applies to all transactions. Personal checks are accepted without a processing fee if delivered to the on-site drop box or mailed to the Gold Medal Chandler location no later than the 20th of the month prior to the tuition due date. Checks must include the enrolled student’s name(s) and current contact information. Cash payments are not accepted.
Annual registration fees are automatically charged in February for continuing students or upon registration for new or retuning students. The fee is $35.00 for the first child, $15.00 for the second child, with a family maximum of $50.00. Registered students receive a FREE T-shirt.

We calculate tuition based on the number of perpetual lessons enrolled each month depending on which day your family swims. If your lesson day is only offered three times in a month (due to a holiday or closure), you will only be billed for three classes. If your lesson day is offered the usual four times in a month, you will be charged for four lessons. If five lessons in a month are offered (if the monthly calendar falls this way), you will be billed for five lessons. Makeups and the Unlimited Swim program are not counted towards the perpetual lesson count.
Tuition is billed per lesson, based on how many times your lesson day falls in that month. Most months bring four billed lessons, but holidays or closures can drop it to three, or the calendar can push it to five.
No, free Unlimited Swim sessions and makeup lessons don't add to your lesson count or your tuition. Only your regularly scheduled perpetual lessons factor into the monthly charge.
Paying by personal check or e-check skips the $3 fee charged on credit and debit card payments. That payment needs to reach the school by the 20th of the month before tuition is due, and checks must list the enrolled student's name and contact details.
It's a yearly registration charge billed automatically each February for continuing students, or at the time of sign-up for new ones. It runs $35 for the first child and $15 for a second, capped at $50 per family, and includes a free T-shirt.
Not entirely. Swim Team 2, Swim Team 3, and High School Prep are billed at flat monthly rates ($145, $160, and $225), while Swim Team 1 and Olympic Development still follow the per-lesson pricing used for Baby Swim, Learn to Swim, and Adult Swim.
