Swimmers benefit from a supportive environment, small ratios, and in-water coaching.
Instructors actively work in the water with students to refine stroke technique and create a playful environment, balancing the introduction to competitive swimming. While increasing yardage and endurance, the focus at this level continues to be on the quality of swimming. Swim distances are based on 25 and 50 yard increments.

Swimmers need to be at least 5 years old and have graduated from Stingray, showing competency in all four strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. Practices run once a week for 60 minutes indoors at the Gold Medal facility.
Swim Team 2 and 3 are open to ages 8 through 17 and require graduating from Swim Team 1 or having prior swim experience. Practices move outdoors off-site and step up in intensity, from two 60-minute sessions a week to three 75-minute sessions.
It's a six-week program open to swimmers at the Seal level or above, built around introducing kids to racing and swim meet basics. Participants also get access to extras like the kickoff BBQ, a start clinic, and an end-of-season celebration.
Yes, Swim Team Camp offers a shorter option. The summer version spans two weeks across three available sessions, while a separate one-week camp during winter break includes a trip to watch a college swim meet.
It's designed for swimmers ages 13 to 17 who've completed Swim Team 3, training four days a week for 90 minutes per session. The program aims to prepare them for club swimming or competing on a high school team.
