FAQ's

Question- How do I request an Unlimited Swim lesson?

You submit the online request form starting at 9:00 PM Arizona time the night before the day you want the lesson. Phone calls and walk-in requests aren't accepted, and anything submitted before 9:00 PM won't be reviewed.

Question- Is Unlimited Swim free, and who can use it?

Yes, it's a free perk for any student currently enrolled in Baby Swim, Learn to Swim, or Adult lessons. It doesn't apply to private lessons, swim team, boot camps, or Olympic Development.

Question- Can I pick which instructor teaches the Unlimited Swim class?

No, specific instructor requests aren't accepted for Unlimited Swim, though you can note a gender preference. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis depending on what's open.

Question- How many Unlimited Swim classes can a student take per day?

Each student gets one free Unlimited Swim class per day, on top of their regular lesson. Learn to Swim students also have a daily cap of two lessons or 60 minutes total, counting any mix of regular, makeup, and Unlimited Swim bookings.

Question- Can I change or cancel an Unlimited Swim booking once it's set?

No, once an Unlimited Swim slot is confirmed, it can't be changed, rescheduled, or canceled. Unused requests also don't roll over, so you'd need to submit a new one the next day.
