At Gold Medal Swim School, our commitment is simple: we do what’s best for kids every day.

Use this form to request Private Lessons. On the next page, share your child’s needs and schedule preferences. A staff member will follow up with you to confirm details.

Tuition
- $115.00 per 30-minute lesson, plus annual registration fee (if applicable).
Parent/Caregiver Expectations
- An adult (18+) must sit poolside with feet in the water during each lesson.
- No cell phones allowed on deck.
Important Notes
- Not eligible for Unlimited Swim, Instructor-in-Training, or Makeup Lessons.
- Substitutes may teach if needed; no makeups or refunds for teacher changes.

Use the Cancellation Request Form to end enrollment.
