Join our team of amazing instructors who are committed to helping babies, kids, and adults learn the lifesaving and life-changing passion of swimming. We hire based on character, positive attitude, and energy! We are committed to a fully paid, extensive training program, producing the highest quality teachers in the industry. Application Requirements

We LOVE kids… ALL kids… you MUST also!

Must be at least 18 years of age or 16 years with work experience.

Fully-trained instructor pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

8-10 hours per week initially with possibility for more.

Must be available at least one weekend day and one weekday afternoon/evening per week

Must offer a minimum of 1 year commitment – we do not hire for summer/seasonal employment Gold Medal Swim School is currently accepting résumés for Swim Instructor positions.
