Welcome to Gold Medal Swim Club's 2024 season. At the Gold Medal Swim Club, we believe that clear communication of our policies and procedures allows us to best protect athletes and ensure they are able to achieve their goals. In order to serve our community of athletes, parents, and coaches, as well as align with the rules and guidelines of USA Swimming, we have created numerous policies.

Photo Release
Gold Medal Swim Club may wish to take photographs (individual and in groups) of swimmers under the age of 18 that may include your child(ren) during their membership in the club.

All photos will observe generally accepted standards of decency, in particular:

- Action shots should be a celebration of the sporting activity and not a sexualized image in a sporting context.
- Action shots should not be taken or retained where the photograph reveals a torn or displaced swimsuit.
- Photographs should not be taken from behind swimming blocks at the start of a race or exhibit a child climbing out of the swimming pool.
- Photographs should not be taken in locker‐rooms or bathrooms.

The club requires parental consent to take and use photographs. Parents have the right to refuse agreement to their child being photographed.

Payment Policy
All billing is done through Team Unify. Accounts must have a valid credit/debit card on file and will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month. Monthly invoices will include training dues, meet fees, and any other charges associated with your account. Monthly charges may be paid via credit/debit card or ACH.

Per the Membership & Enrollment Policies, an Annual Registration Fee of $150.00 is due at the time of registration. A pro-rated monthly fee dependent upon your child(ren)'s group placement is due prior to their first official practice.

Payment Methods & Processing Fees

Credit Cards: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

ACH: $1.25 flat fee per transaction

Cash or checks must be delivered to the Gold Medal Swim School before the 1st of each month. Checks must be made payable to Gold Medal Swim School. If paying by cash, you must bring exact change. For the safety of all, coaches are not permitted to accept payments outside the front desk of the Swim School.

How to Change Your Payment Method

Login to Team Unify

Go to My Account > Billing > Set Up Autopay

Choose “Add New Card” or “Add Bank Account” and add all details

Indicate your payment preference:

Use for Fees Associated With Your Account

- This option indicates which card will automatically be billed on the 1st of each month.

- Make sure to choose the card/account you want charged each month automatically on the 1st.

Use for On Demand Payments

- This option indicates which card will be charged for any payments made outside of the monthly automatic billing.

- This only applies to credit cards as TU is not able to process ACH payments outside of monthly auto billing.
