Class Description
In Baby Swim III, the focus shifts from assisted swimming skills to independent swimming. Although utilizing the same skill set as our Starfish level, parents are encouraged to continue to swim with their babies until they turn 3 years old to playfully enjoy the water together and to reinforce the importance of an adult around water.
Student Goals
Baby Swim III students learn to back float independently, roll to their backs to breathe, swim to the wall and exit the pool, independently swim 10-15 feet, and retrieve rings from the pool bottom.
