Class Description

Dolphin classes allow students to further their practice of the five Core Values as they progress in underwater swimming, achieve mastery in Backstroke, and develop competency in Freestyle.

Student Goals

Dolphin swimmers learn Freestyle with a quick roll to the back for air, further their air regulation and propulsive skills in underwater swimming, and mastery of Backstroke.
