Swimmers MUST bring their own equipment to each practice and each Swim Meet. Swim equipment to bring includes a swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, water bottle, and swim fins. If your student does not have swim fins, they are available to purchase from Gold Medal Swim School for $28.50 with your student's shoe size selection on this form. All pre-purchased fins will be available for pick-up at the Gold Medal Swim School before your swimmer's first swim practice. Additional swim equipment is also available for purchase in this form or at the Gold Medal Swim School Front Desk but may be back-ordered at times due to low volume from our distributor. Scuba and snorkeling fins are not permitted.
Gold Medal Swim School Summer Swim Team Meets will occur Saturday, June 8th, 2024; Friday, June 28th, 2024; and Saturday morning, July 13th, 2024. Summer 2024 Swim Meets will be subject to change in accordance with state, county, and city health and safety regulations or inclement weather. In the event of Swim Meet cancellation, Gold Medal Swim School will substitute time trials during regular practice times.
Swimmers will pre-register and pre-pay for each Swim Meet they would like to attend using their
UDIO Customer Account. The cost will be $20.00 per swimmer, per Swim Meet. Each registration will include four swim events (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly). Registration typically opens the Sunday prior to each meet and closes Wednesday night. Summer Start Clinics are FREE to Summer Swim Teams students; pre-registration is required through the swimmer's
UDIO Customer Account.
Please note: Spring Swim Meets and Start Clinics are only open to year-round Swim Team swimmers; Summer Swim Team swimmers are only eligible to participate in Summer Swim Meets and Start Clinics.
If space is available in the Summer Swim Team practice time of your choosing, proceed with your booking through Udio.
We will charge the card on file at the time of booking. If you wish to use a different payment method, please contact us at (480) 961-7946 (SWIM) prior to submitting this form. Swimmers who are new to Gold Medal Swim School will have the opportunity to book into their practice time after a trial and assessment class has been completed.
If the practice time you would like to book is full, please contact us to be placed on the waitlist for the time(s) you would like. Swimmers will be placed on the waitlist in the order requests are received. In the event you need to fully cancel your booking, refunds will be issued if cancellation is received prior to Monday, May 20
th, 2024.
