We are so excited your swimmer is joining us for our Summer Swim Team! The main goal of our summer programs is for your swimmer to fall in love with racing! Strong strokes will develop over time as racing confidence grows with experience gained from each swim meet and time trial. This will be a FUN and exciting summer of swimming opportunities for your student!
First-time Swim Team participation is welcome! Swimmers must be at least 5 years old on or before June 3

, 2025, to participate. Our summer Swim Team programs are
designed for swimmers who swim at the Seal, Stingray, or Swim Team 1 levels
. Students currently enrolled in Swim Team 2, Swim Team 3, High School Prep, or Club are encouraged to remain in their current programs for continued growth.

includes your season/session, a T-Shirt, our Summer Swim Kick-off BBQ, one Start Clinic, and our end-of-season Summer Swim Celebration!
Parent meetings will be held during the first practice of each summer Swim Team practice time.

Swimmers will bring their own equipment to each practice and meet. Swim equipment to bring includes a swimsuit, swim cap (optional), goggles, towel, water bottle, and swim fins (scuba and snorkeling fins are not permitted). If your swimmer does not yet have swim fins, you can purchase them for $28.50 with your student's shoe size selection in this form. All pre-purchased fins will be available for pick-up at the Gold Medal Swim School before your swimmer's first summer swim practice. Additional swim equipment is also available for purchase in this form (items might be back-ordered at times due to potentially low volume from our distributors).

. Swim Meets will be subject to change in accordance with state, county, and city health and safety regulations or inclement weather. In the event of Swim Meet cancellation, Gold Medal Swim School will substitute time trials during regular practice times.
Swimmers pre-register and pre-pay for each Swim Meet they plan to attend using their
UDIO Customer Account
. The cost for a Swim Meet is $20.00
per
meet,

swimmer. Each registration will include four swim events (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly). Registration typically opens the Sunday prior to each meet and closes Wednesday night. Our Summer Start Clinic is FREE to summer Swim Team participants; pre-registration is required through the swimmer's
UDIO Customer Account

Swim Team Camp participants are eligible to sign up for the Swim Meet occurring at the end of their Swim Team Camp and the Start Clinic. Summer Swim Team participants are eligible to sign up for all Summer Swim Meets and the Summer Start Clinic.
Please Note: Spring Swim Meets and Spring Start Clinics are only open to year-round Swim Team participants.
If space is available in the Summer Swim Team or Swim Team Camp of your choosing, you'll then proceed to enroll in your
UDIO Customer Account
after submitting this form. If the practice time you would like to book is full, please contact us to be placed on the waitlist for the time(s) you would like. Swimmers will be placed on the waitlist in the order requests are received. Swimmers who are new to Gold Medal Swim School will have the opportunity to book into their practice time after a trial and assessment class has been completed.
The payment method on file will be charged at the time of booking.
If you wish to use a different payment method, please contact us at (480) 961-7946 (SWIM) prior to submitting this form. No pro-rated payments will be offered for swimmers who enroll after the season or session has begun. Swimmers will NOT need to report class absences for Summer Swim Team programs, as makeup lessons will not be offered for missed practices. In the event you need to fully cancel your booking, refunds will be issued if cancellation is received prior to Monday, May 19
