Tuition and frees are due at the time on enrollment. A credit card or ACH payment information must remain on file for tuition charged on the 1st of each month. A non -refundable service fee of $3.00 will be added to all credit/debit card payments. If you wish to avoid the service fees, a personal check or e-check payment can be made by the 20th of the month prior to the tuition due date. Checks are only accepted in the drop box located near the front entrance of the facility for mailed to the Gold Medal Chandler location. Checks must include the name of the enrolled student(s) and contact information. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.
Annual registration fees are automatically charged in February for continuing students or upon registration for new or retuning students. The fee is $35.00 for the first child, $15.00 for the second child, with a family maximum of $50.00. Registered students receive a FREE T-shirt.
We calculate tuition based on the number of perpetual lessons enrolled each month depending on which day your family swims. If your lesson day is only offered three times in a month (due to a holiday or closure), you will only be billed for three classes. If your lesson day is offered the usual four times in a month, you will be charged for four lessons. If five lessons in a month are offered (if the monthly calendar falls this way), you will be billed for five lessons. Makeups and the Unlimited Swim program are not counted towards the perpetual lesson count.
