Our FREE Unlimited Swim program is offered year-round and provides students the opportunity to take additional, same-day classes at no extra charge. We offer Unlimited Swim because we believe consistency is the best way to learn and develop lifesaving swimming skills. This program was born from a single commitment which guides every decision we make at Gold Medal Swim School: we do what is best for kids – every decision, every single day.
 
Students must be currently enrolled to book an Unlimited Swim class, no exceptions. We recommend one Unlimited Swim class – in addition to the student’s perpetual class – per week for peak progression.
 
Baby Swim (I, II), Learn to Swim (Starfish, Seahorse, Dolphin, Seal, Stingray), and Adult Lessons are eligible for Unlimited Swim. (Semi-)Private lessons, Boot Camps, Swim Teams, and Olympic Development are NOT eligible for Unlimited Swim. Once a student graduates from Stingray to Swim Team I, they are no longer permitted to request Unlimited Swim classes.
 
Unlimited Swim requests are for same-day bookings only. Note: In this instance, the “day” begins at 9:00pm the night before. An Unlimited Swim class cannot be booked for any day other than the day the request is made. Unlimited Swim requests do not carry over to the next day. Limit one FREE swim lesson per student, per day.  

Learn To Swim DAILY CLASS LIMIT: Students are limited to a maximum of 60 minutes or two swim lessons per day. This applies to any combination of perpetual, makeup, instructor-in-training, and Unlimited Swim bookings.  

Baby Swim DAILY CLASS LIMIT: It is our recommendation that Baby Swim students participate in a maximum of one class per day. Please request a Baby Swim Unlimited Swim class on a day other than your student’s regularly scheduled perpetual class day or contact our Baby Swim Department Leader for exceptions. 

Unlimited Swim operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Openings are limited and are based on class availability. We do not accept requests for specific instructors for Unlimited Swim, only for gender preferences/requirements. Instructors are subject to change without advanced notice. An Unlimited Swim booking cannot overlap time with the student’s perpetual booking or an existing makeup booking.

Students cannot be booked into a class of a more advanced level. Students are, however, welcome and encouraged to swim down in the level below within their program, as needed. We always try to first book students by time preference within their level. If there is no vacancy in the student’s level and we are permitted to do so, we will then try to book by time preference at the level below. All bookings made will follow the curriculum of the level of the class itself.

Online submissions only are accepted for Unlimited Swim. Phone or walk-in requests are NOT accepted for Unlimited Swim. To request an Unlimited Swim class, submit this form starting at 9:00 PM (Arizona time) the night before the day you would like to book a FREE class. Requests submitted before 9:00 PM the night before the requested class will NOT be reviewed.

Upon submission of this form, you will receive an Automatic Reply email confirming that your request has been received and your status is pending. Unlimited Swim requests are not reviewed until the morning of the requested class. However, if there is an error with your submission, you might receive a follow-up email sooner. Unlimited Swim requests are processed in the order they are received. Once an Unlimited Swim class is scheduled, it cannot be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

All Unlimited Swim processing will be complete by 9:30am each day (Note: We do typically process requests later on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings in comparison to other weekdays). If you have not heard a response from us after this time, please log into your Udio Customer Account to check for a booking or reach out to us. Sometimes email addresses are entered incorrectly in the form and follow-up or confirmation emails are unsuccessfully delivered.

If space is available in one of the class times you request, we will book you into the class for FREE! You will receive a booking confirmation email containing details for the class to the email address on file. If we are unable to accommodate the class time(s) you request, you will receive a follow-up email to the email address entered in this form. You may submit a second request form anytime after you receive a follow-up email, if you would like. Unlimited Swim requests submitted after the shift has started and/or near the requested class time might not be processed in time. Our commitment is to provide the best possible experience for our swimmers and families. If you submit a request during peak swim hours, please know our commitment is to safety and providing service to the customers in our building.
